We, the administrators/moderators, aim to create a community where the members respect each other , so please read and understand this rules carefully.

Editing Your Profile

-Be truthful. Please fill up the registration and profile form correctly and properly. Be rest assured that any information written there may not and will not be used against you.

-Know the limitations. Avatars can be uploaded directly to the ُElissaCade.com Forums. The upload tool may be seen on your profile page. It should be remembered, however, that avatars must not exceed 100x100 pixels. For siggies, the image must not exceed 500x170 pixels.

Posting Messages

-Post where appropriate. You may have noticed that we have a detailed sectioning of the sub-forums. Post your message where it should be.

-Type your messages properly. Posting messages means you want your messages to be read and understood. Therefore, typing messages in ALL CAPS, n txt 4mat or ~iN *a* F_a_N_c_Y mAnNeR~ is highly discouraged. Do not use ALL CAPS unless it is really necessary for emphasis. This rule should always be remembered to facilitate easy and comfortable reading for everyone.

-Avoid flooding. Please try not to double post , you can edit your post and add any thing you forget to say

Creating a New Thread

-Avoid posting any unofficial information. Starting rumors in this forum is greatly discouraged, if not abhorred. Post only information which you can vouch for as true, or close to being true. Unless you have personal knowledge that such information is true or such information came from a reliable source, better not post it.

-Mention the source of your article. before copying articles from any other forums please mention the original writer of the topic.

-Make good formated threads. please make the thread in good format center the text use colors , images , bold , italic , this simple format will make your topic attractive

-Uploading Pictures. its absolutely recommended to upload your images via TinyPic and not any other image hosting website.

-Advertising is not tolerated. this forums is for all Elissa's please don't advertise for any other singers forums if you want to make a topic about your website just post it in Cool Links forum

-Avoid double threads. use the search before posting a new thread especially in requesting videos , ....etc

-Type the titles properly. Just like message posts, please avoid using ALL CAPS, txt 4matng and ~*FaNcY_tYpInG*~ in your titles. Moreover, make sure that the title reflects what the thread or the discussion is all about. Avoid using titles which tend to catch one's attention but the thread ends up containing nothing related to the same.

-Politics and Religions Topics. topics like this is not forbidden but we , the administrators/moderators, have the rights to edit/delete them without telling any reasons , please make only lite topics about this materials
